Your purchase of lessons/group classes and payment for services on the Reachitt Platform shall be governed by this Refund and Payment Policy. We kindly request that you read it carefully as it outlines your rights regarding your purchases, including important restrictions and exclusions.

Reachitt is committed to ensuring transparency in the financial relations between Students and Tutors with regard to the services we offer. This policy applies to all services and features provided through the Reachitt Platform, including any related mobile device applications (collectively referred to as the "Reachitt Platform"). Terms used and not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Reachitt Terms of Service.

Reachitt serves as a platform facilitating contracts between Users (Students and Tutors) to request, deliver, and pay for tutoring services. It is important to note that Reachitt is solely a platform and, therefore, not a party to any contracts between Tutors and Students, nor responsible for any other services or materials provided by a Tutor. Reachitt shall not be held responsible for monitoring any transactions between Students and Tutors.

Billing Currency and Foreign Exchange Risk

Payment transactions will be processed in one of the available currencies as displayed during checkout. Currently, the currencies available for payments are USD, EUR, and GBP. For your convenience, prices may also be shown in your local currency, but in such cases, the payment transactions will be processed in USD. Please be aware that the prices shown in currencies other than USD, EUR, or GBP are indicative and for guidance only.

It is important to note that if your selected currency is (a) other than USD, EUR, GBP, or (b) different from your payment method's billing currency, your payment may be processed outside of your country of residence. Consequently, certain fees such as international transaction fees and foreign exchange fees may apply, and the amount on your bank statement may differ from the amount shown at checkout. Reachitt shall not be liable for any such fees or currency fluctuations, and hereby disclaims all responsibility in that regard.

We recommend contacting your bank or credit card company if you have any questions about the applicable fees or exchange rates.

Reachitt Commission

A service fee, referred to as "Reachitt Commission," is charged to Student for the use of our services. The Reachitt Commission is applicable to each lesson conducted by the Tutor at the rate indicated on the Reachitt Platform (20%). Reachitt reserves the right to modify the Reachitt Commission at any time.

Processing Fee

Students will be charged a processing fee for the use of the Reachitt Platform. The processing fee will be applied to each purchase made on the Reachitt Platform and will be up to 5% of the total purchase amount. The applicable processing fee will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that the processing fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to change the processing fee at any time and will provide Students with notice of any fee changes before they become effective.


Refunds are available if the student is not happy with their purchase and must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis and will only be provided if quality is not delivered by Reachitt or Reachitt tutor.

For refund requests due to extenuating circumstances on behalf of the student, such as missing or canceling a lesson on short notice, refunds can be made at the Tutor's discretion, but the Tutor is not obligated to do so.
Reachitt is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment processors and will not cover such fees when initiating a refund.
Refund requests should be submitted to team@reachitt.com. The refund amount will depend on the GBP to your payment method's currency exchange rate valid at the date the refund is initiated.

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please email team@reachitt.com with the following information:

● Date and time of the lesson

● Reason and description for the requested refund

● Name of your Tutor

The refund decision shall be made within 30 calendar days, and any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

(1) Lessons Packages If the lesson didn't take place, you can request either (a) a free trial lesson with another Tutor on the Reachitt Platform, or (b) a refund of the payment following the refund procedure described herein.

If your scheduled lesson was accidentally confirmed but didn't take place, you can request either (a) the transfer of hours to another Tutor, or (b) a refund of the payment following the refund procedure described herein.

The refund option is available only within 14 days from the date of your payment

Reachitt is not responsible for any fees charged by banks or third-party payment processors and will not cover such fees when initiating a refund.


In the event of a chargeback by banks or third-party payment processors in connection with your purchase of any lesson class, we reserve the right to suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us.

Fees and expenses incurred as a result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a third-party payment processor shall be covered by you.

Deletion of an Account

If you decide to delete your Reachitt account, your remaining balance will expire. In case Reachitt suspends or terminates your account due to the breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or compensation for any unused balance or scheduled lessons/classes.

Payment Services

Payment processing on the Reachitt Platform is provided by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Braintree, Stripe, PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, and Wise, enabling us to (a) bill the Students instead of directly processing credit/debit card information and (b) facilitate payouts to the Tutors.

It is essential to note that payment made by the Student to Reachitt satisfies the Student's obligation concerning payment to the Tutor for tutoring services provided via the Reachitt Platform.

All transactions are secured as third-party payment processors utilize SSL encryption protection.

Data Provided by You

You agree and understand that the billing information you provide to make payments for lessons/group classes via the Reachitt Platform is processed by third-party payment processors exclusively. Reachitt does not collect, store, or process your billing information.

You agree that Reachitt will not be responsible for any failures of third parties to adequately protect such information. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of third-party payment processors in addition to this policy.

You acknowledge that we may change third-party payment processors and require them to transfer your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.


Payment methods available on the Reachitt Platform include:

● Visa/Mastercard

● PayPal

● Apple Pay

● Google Pay

All payments for the use of the Reachitt Platform and the tutoring services shall be made through the Reachitt Platform. Students are liable for all transaction fees related to the payments for the use of the Reachitt Platform and the tutoring services.


Tutors will receive payments after a set period after lessons have been completed. To receive the payment, Tutors should provide their banking details on onboarding Please note that third-party payment processors charge a fee for every transaction. Such transaction fees shall be deducted from the respective payout amount and will be displayed within the Reachitt Platform functionality.


Reachitt is not a bank or any form of financial institution and does not provide any financial services or advice. Any payments made via the Reachitt Platform are solely for the purpose of access, facilitation, and delivery of tutoring services between Students and Tutors. Such payments may not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or illegal activities as defined by the law.
