Tutor Registration and Service Description: 1.1 Tutor Registration:

To become a "Tutor" on Reachitt, you must complete the registration process, which includes submitting your application and providing a valid form of identification issued by the applicable government authorities. Reachitt will evaluate your application for approval. Upon approval, you will be granted "Tutor" status and gain access to create and manage your Tutor profile on the Reachitt platform, allowing you to offer "Tutor Services," which include providing paid language lessons ("Lessons") to students.

1.2 Tutor Services Description: When onboarding as tutor on the Reachitt platform to and creating your description of Tutor Services on the Reachitt platform, you agree to the following:

● Provide a specific, detailed service description with a clear teaching scope and lesson details.

● Set realistic expectations that you can meet or exceed in your teaching.

● Refrain from offering services with the intent to commit fraud, providing services other than those outlined in your description, or offering any services in exchange for positive feedback or at no cost.

● Avoid advertising any third-party teaching services, platforms, software, or applications.

● Manage all Tutor Service requests through the Reachitt platform.

● Respond promptly to all communication related to Tutor Services, whether from students or Reachitt.

● Keep records of all important communication details with students, including information related to the scope of your Tutor Services, availability, pricing, feedback, schedule changes, delays, and lesson completions.

● Respond to all Tutor Service requests with acceptance, decline, or propose a time/date change. Do not ignore service requests and allow them to expire.

● Follow the Reachitt framework and guidance as best possible with all students including holding discovery calls, creation of roadmaps and check-in calls

2.2 Lesson Policy:

All Tutors are expected to adhere to the following policies when providing Lessons:

● Commit to your scheduled Lessons. Reschedule or cancel only as a last resort and after communicating with the student. Notify students of any planned absence and update your availability information on your Reachitt profile.

● Keep records of all important communication with students.

● Start Lessons on time and initiate contact with first-time students.

● Connect with students on the agreed communication platform before the scheduled start time.

● Wait for a late student until the end of the scheduled Lesson period but not required to make up for lost time due to the student's late arrival.

● End Lessons on time, politely reminding students before the end of the Lesson period.

● Reschedule a Lesson due to a student's absence at your discretion.

● Follow the Reachitt framework during lessons and key meetings such as discovery calls and check in calls

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled Tutor Service (including a Lesson), notify the student immediately with an explanation.

2.4 Payment and Feedback:

After providing any Tutor Services, you agree to the following:

● Use the Reachitt Payment Service for all financial transactions related to your Tutor Services.

● Provide helpful, objective, and balanced feedback for students. As a tutor on Reachitt, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of Reachitt. You are solely responsible for managing your own taxes and complying with any applicable laws and regulations related to self-employment or freelance income. Reachitt will not withhold any taxes on your earnings, and you should consult with a tax professional to ensure compliance with your local tax obligations

2.5 Additional Guidelines:

You also agree to the following additional guidelines:

● Maintain student privacy according to the Reachitt Privacy Policy, refraining from requesting personally identifiable information from students.

● Keep your own personal information, including details related to your Tutor Wallet, private and secure.

● Cooperate with Reachitt in any anti-fraud actions or dispute resolutions.

● Report any violation of Reachitt's Terms or Policies, including misuse of ratings and feedback.

Service Standards: 3.1

Be Culturally Sensitive:

Respect the values and traditions of your students and avoid discussing personal information, politics, or religious affiliations unless explicitly requested by the student.

3.2 Be Patient and Polite:

Demonstrate patience, politeness, and encouragement when helping students overcome language learning difficulties. Avoid berating, insulting, or using offensive language with students.

3.3 Be Professional:

Maintain professionalism by promptly responding to messages, actively managing your calendar and profile, respecting student privacy, and focusing on teaching the language without using the lesson time to practice the student's native language.

Violation of this Tutor Policy:

Failure to comply with this Tutor Policy may result in the suspension or deactivation of your Reachitt account. Reachitt reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including but not limited to canceling listed Tutor Services, limiting account privileges, adjusting Tutor Wallet balance, suspending or terminating your account, or seeking legal remedies.

Tutor Content:

You retain ownership of copyright for all Tutor Content you provide or submit in connection with your Tutor Services. However, you grant Reachitt and its students a license to use, view, and copy your Tutor Content solely for personal and noncommercial educational purposes.

Prohibitions:

You agree not to engage in any activities that violate Reachitt's policies, including providing false information, providing services for free in exchange for positive feedback, forging or altering your credentials, advertising third-party services, or accepting payment outside of Reachitt.
